Opening in 2023 KAMALA’s menu originated in 2011 from sister family owned restaurant – Everest Spice. The culinary journey was undertaken by chef Ramesh Damai who brought his family recipes from the mountains of Nepal to Toowoomba. Son of Chef Ramesh and Founder and Owner of KAMALA Shahil Damai’s vision is to bring Brisbane the most loved recipes from their family restaurant in Toowoomba!
